How does it work?
You can send us the drawing plans via email or through Dropbox (or similar). We will need all the relevant drawings to provide a complete and accurate estimate. If some details are not available or there are some errors, we will make intelligent assumptions and provide notes for the same.
Will you customize your estimate for our particular needs?
Yes. We are happy to include or exclude any items you specify. We will also change our default template based on your needs, or use one which you provide.
What is the cost?
Typically, we charge our customers on a per man hour basis. Our rates are $10/hour. You can judge both our work and the time we take by giving us a free trial. We won’t charge you but we will tell you the hours it took. For large projects we can also bid lump sum on request.
To which countries do you provide construction estimating services?
We have vast experience in estimating / material takeoffs for the U.S, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. However, our extensive experience enables us to do work for almost any country.
What is your turnaround time?
Due to a six day workweek and a large team, our turnaround time is very quick. We have an excellent track record of meeting client deadlines.
What Estimating Software’s do you use?
We use the following estimating software for our clients: Planswift, On Screen Takeoff, MS-Office, and other specialized software. See ‘our services page’ for a more extensive list. We are also happy to use any software that you are currently using to estimate.
